Here’s a lovely savory delight for your toddler, which incorporates all his favorites and yours too!! A sure shot hit with the kids and the adults are going to love it too!! I serve this a lot as a starter for my parties and it’s always appreciated. The best part about the recipe is that it’s so easy, you can’t go wrong.
1 cup finely chopped spinach
1 cup boiled spaghetti
2 slices brown bread
½ cup grated cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Salt To taste
- Grind the brown bread in a blender. Pour into a mixing bowl.
- Mix in the spaghetti, cheese, spinach and salt and mix well to form a dough.
- Shape into rolls.
- Coat them in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry 3-4 at a time till brown.
