Baby No2 is on its way really soon!! It’s just been a short span of 3 years and run-up to the baby’s due seems so different!! It’s almost unreal that the things which were of paramount concern and question all seem mundane today. Obviously largely on account of the experience I have gained from the first and the fact that I’m a Mommy Blogger and I seem to be breathing mommyhood.
But more so because it was so difficult to access the right information on most motherhood related topics. All this information is now systematically put together on BabyChakra. I pretty much did not have too many people to ask questions as Tania was the first grandchild for both sides of grandparents and even among friends, we were one of the first to go the family way.
Simple things like where to buy baby products from, which products to buy all seemed like a quiz. Finding maternity yoga classes, baby shower planners, baby maids, were all a question mark. My mom and I would ask just about anyone who had just had a baby all these mundane questions. Today all this is available, city-wise, area-wise, all in a consolidated fashion on the BabyChakra website and APP. It’s amazing how things can change in such a short span.
The best part is that it’s not a mere collection of data points, but you have access to live opinions from moms as well as experts. BabyChakra is India’s first ever-parenting platform, which is bringing together moms, service providers and experts to create a trusted childcare network.
My baby was colicky and I had milk supply issues, you won’t imagine, I was on a Google mania and as much as it helps, the confusion just mounts. To have experts answer your question on an APP or finding a rated lactation consultant would have felt like a miracle then. BabyChakra is bringing together all a modern mum needs and cares for – right from health, nutrition, learning, travel, entertainment and more. It makes it so easy for moms on BabyChakra to make decisions with the combination of expert content in the form of articles and write-ups on a variety of interesting topics by experts in several fields, online consultation with experts through the chat facility on the APP and mommy reviews of services. In fact the BabyChakra MomStar Community, has so many helpful moms, you can just ask a question and they are there for you. Recently, I got out of the sono room a little worried on account of a lag in the baby’s AC. I put up a question on the APP and had 3 responses in 5 minutes including one from a renowned gynec.
Within a short span of time, BabyChakra has almost become inevitable for Indian moms, as it captures exactly what a new mom needs, information, expert guidance, opinions and friends in the same phase of life.
